DESCRIPTION:A 2-hour live (in-person) workshop to help you start conversations\, build attraction\, and stop freezing around women.\nMost men think their problem in dating is that they don’t know what to say.\nIt’s not. \nIt’s that when they’re actually in front of a woman\, everything they do know disappears. \nThey freeze.\nThey overthink.\nThey hesitate. \nAnd then they leave the interaction and replay it over and over in their head. \nIf that’s been your experience\, I want you to hear this clearly:\nYou don’t need more information.\nYou need a different experience. \nThat’s why this workshop is in person. \nThis is not a sit-and-listen event. \nYou are not coming here to take notes and go home and “try it later.” \nYou are coming here to practice. \nTo actually put yourself in the situations you’ve been avoiding\nin a controlled\, supportive environment where you can: \n\nstart conversations\nfeel the discomfort\nnotice what your mind does\nand learn how to respond differently in real time\n\nBecause confidence isn’t something you think your way into.\nIt’s something you build by doing. \nRight now\, your brain is running a very specific pattern.\nIt’s telling you things like: \n\n“I don’t know what to say”\n“What if I make it awkward”\n“What if she’s not interested”\n“I need to be more confident first”\n\nAnd when you believe those thoughts\, your body reacts.\nYou tighten up.\nYou hesitate.\nYou avoid. \nAnd then you use that avoidance as evidence that something is wrong with you. \nNothing has gone wrong. \nYou’ve just been practicing the wrong thing.\nAt this workshop\, we’re going to interrupt that pattern. \nYou’ll learn how to: \n\nrecognize the thoughts that are creating your anxiety\nseparate what’s actually happening from what you’re making it mean\nstay present instead of getting pulled into your head\nand take action even when you feel uncomfortable\n\nAnd then\, you’ll practice it. \nNot once.
